All bookings are tentative until a deposit or full payment (as specified in the service agreement) is received. HarmonyHub Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
All content on the HarmonyHub Studios website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and video clips, is the property of HarmonyHub Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on our website without the prior written consent of HarmonyHub Studios.
Regarding the intellectual property rights of recordings created at HarmonyHub Studios, the specifics will be detailed in the service agreement. Typically, the artist or client retains ownership of the master recordings upon full payment for services rendered. However, HarmonyHub Studios retains the right to use excerpts of the recordings for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarmonyHub Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or our services, even if HarmonyHub Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
